Financial
Rent is strictly due on the 1st. We offer a 5-day grace period. Payments received after 11:59 PM on the 5th incur a 5% late fee.
Living & Policies
We are pet-friendly! Up to 2 pets per unit.
Fees: $300 one-time deposit + $35/month pet rent.
Restrictions: Dogs must be under 65lbs. Aggressive breeds prohibited.
Valet Trash: Picked up Sun-Thurs at 8 PM. Place bins outside your door between 6-8 PM only.
During Office Hours (9am-6pm): Visit the Leasing Office with ID for entry.
After Hours: You must contact a local locksmith at your own expense. Maintenance cannot perform lockouts for security reasons.

Electricity: City Power Co. (800-555-0100)
Internet: FiberNet or CableLink are pre-wired.
